The Cappuccin Monks made their coffee with frothed milk. This flavour recalls the bold taste of coffee with the naturally occurring sweetness in the lactose of the milk. A flavour that has a creamy and smooth milky taste without the addition of milk.

A little about our beans…
We use a medium roast Colombian coffee, which is a solid medium mellow coffee. The coffee should always complement the drink but should never overpower. It’s all about balancing the flavours to enhance the overall experience.
