Cinnamon comes from the bark of the Cinnamomum tree family. Mainly used as an aromatic condiment and flavouring for a variety of cuisines for both sweet and savoury dishes but especially for breakfast pastries. This Flavour will dream up the thought of a warm pastry fresh from the oven early in the morning

A little about our beans…
We use a medium roast Colombian coffee, which is a solid medium mellow coffee. The coffee should always complement the drink but should never overpower. It’s all about balancing the flavours to enhance the overall experience.
