The Maple tree, symbol of Canada, is the source of this wonderful syrup. Once extracted, the sap is concentrated resulting in the syrup that we are familiar with giving a sweet and caramel flavour. This is my favourite coffee so far, there is no aftertaste from the flavouring, just the delicious flavour and scent of maple walnut. Not too sweet, which had been a concern. I shall certainly be buying this flavour again and again.
